patricia bunyanI can’t recommend Emily highly enough! As an almost-beginner mountain biker in my late 40s, I was definitely nervous about pushing myself and trying some of the more scary-looking stuff. Emily was incredibly calm, supportive and encouraging. She has a brilliant way of helping you step outside your comfort zone while still making you feel safe and completely in control. She also knows where all the best coffee spots are ! By the end of the course, I was trying things I would never have imagined attempting and having loads of fun doing them! I came away feeling more confident, more skilled and excited to try even more cool, slightly scary stuff on my bike. Thank you, Emily!Posted on Google
Jamie MarshallWhat a week! If you like riding up, down, and along any and all types of terrain—in the Big Mountains and away from the crowds—then you need to do this. As in the heart of the French Alps as it gets, with a true backcountry feel, this is what I consider real mountain biking, and it's ace! Emily and David go out of their way to ensure that you have a great time, and they have all the skills and knowledge to make this happen. Very highly recommended.Posted on Google

What really stood out was Emily’s ability to put together fantastic routes that perfectly matched our experience and the kind of riding we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area is exceptional, linking trails together into days that flowed brilliantly and delivered exactly the right balance of challenge, technical riding and fun. Rather than simply following a set route, Emily reads the riders, the conditions and the terrain, adapting the day to make sure you get the best possible riding. We were able to experience some superb Alpine trails that we simply wouldn’t have found or put together in the same way ourselves. She has a huge amount of riding experience and is completely at home in technical mountain terrain, but is also relaxed, encouraging and great company on the bike. If you want to make the most of a mountain biking trip to the French Alps, I’d thoroughly recommend riding with Emily. I think this better captures the real value of a good local guide: not simply knowing individual trails, but knowing how to stitch them together into a genuinely memorable day.Posted on Google
Marcus DaviesI’ve been coming to the Alps with Emily for many years, she has a supernatural ability to seek out and guide on the finest single track and alpine trails in the area. Every year combines the best of the previous trips with fabulous new trails thrown in. And combined with Dave’s mastery of sandwiches makes for an all-round brilliant holiday. Andreas SjöblomWe were a group of 6 doing the cathedral of flow. The area of Quyras is fantastic and Emellie did a great job guiding us through the area. Emellie helped us customize the trip to make just the right type of trails that we like from a week of alpine riding. Everything from fast flowy trails, long 1000+ vertical decents, hike-a-bikes into back valleys, but also steep technical stuff with rock gardens and thigh switchbacks. To top it all of we asked for a night´s stay in an alpine refuge, with great views and a long decent for breakfast. All in all Emmelie and Dave delivered a fantastic week of riding for us!Posted on Google
Sanja HabazinAfter a fabulous time in Les Arcs two years ago I decided to join The Inside Line again for another guided MTB holiday – the Cathedral of Flow. Emily and David did an awesome job again – 5 days of perfectly organised flowy trails that were like a dream! We were spoiled daily by beautiful views, great guiding by Emily and her choice of trails. For sure knows every corner there. David did an equaly great job shuttling us around and his lunch packs were simply delicious. I definitely recommend it!Posted on Google
Matthias Frank'THE CATHEDRAL OF FLOW' ist einfach nur genial. Emily hat wunderbare flowige Trails rausgesucht, die von einfach bis schwierig alles haben. Jeden Tag gab es Shuttles um die öden Uphills zu umgehen, was aber nicht heißt das es nicht doch anstrengende Uphills gab. Die sich aber auf alle Fälle gelohnt haben. Emily und David sind ein eingespieltes Team, die uns jeden Tag mit neuen Eindrücken überrascht haben. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, familiär, sehr gemütlich und das Essen ist der Hammer. Obwohl man so viel unterwegs ist legt man glaub ich eher an Gewicht zu wenn man sich beim Essen nicht zügelt. Einfach lecker. Ich kann die Woche 'THE CATHEDRAL OF FLOW' nur empfehlen. Sie ist professionell von Emily und David geführt, wobei immer ein gute Laune herrscht. Von den von Google vorgegebenen Kriterien hab ich 'Pünktlich' nicht ausgewählt weil das bei so einer Woche keine Rolle spielt. Ist ja Urlaub und wir hatten Zeit. Chris FewsterQuite simply superb , Great trial , great guiding , great food Emily and David looked after us very well , All In lovely chalet right on the edge of the huge les arcs ski area . We have ridden with a few MTB Tour companies in the French and Swiss alps , the Inside line is among the best . Emily loves riding the best tech trials in the area and guided us expertly through them , at a blistering pace .
